A path built on relationship.
Through equine facilitated learning, Stephanie guides experiences that deepen awareness of how we show up in relationship. Sessions are conducted on the ground — no riding — and are rooted in presence, observation, and intentional interaction with horses.

Connection, in practice.
Horses respond to what is present, not what is performed. In this setting, sessions offer a steady, judgment-free space where real-time feedback invites clarity, awareness, and genuine connection.

What Equine Facilitated Learning Involves:
-
Participants engage in specific ground-based activities with a horse
-
The facilitator observes interactions and provides structured prompts
-
Horses respond to human energy, intention, and clarity
-
Participants reflect on patterns revealed during the exercises
-
Insights are connected to everyday relationships and leadership
-
Sessions are conducted in a safe, contained environment

Partnership along the path.
Equine Facilitated Learning happens through a relationship: a trained facilitator and a responsive horse working together to create space for awareness, reflection, and change.

Meet Stephanie
Guiding you.
Stephanie is the founder of Harmony Path and a certified equine facilitated learning practitioner through The HERD Institute. She guides structured, on-the-ground sessions designed to deepen awareness of how you show up in relationship — without pressure or performance.
Stephanie is also a National-Level Certified Swim Coach and former member of the Canadian National Swim Team. Coaching at one of the country’s leading amateur swim clubs, she brings decades of experience in high-performance environments where discipline, regulation, and resilience matter. That background informs her work here: steady, attentive, and grounded in real-time feedback.

Meet Harold
Working with you.
Harold is an active partner in the learning process. As a horse, he responds instinctively to human energy, intention, and clarity. His nonverbal feedback is immediate and unfiltered — offering insight that cannot be rehearsed or performed.

Through structured, on-the-ground interaction, Harold reflects patterns in boundaries, regulation, and presence. His role is not to lead or to follow, but to respond — grounding each session in authenticity.
